Terms of Service (CYS)

Facilities: We require an area suitable to set up the signs and flamingo stakes—namely, a private front lawn. If this area is not owned by the individual and is instead owned by a landlord or other third party, you are responsible for securing permission for the decorations to be displayed prior to set up. We are not responsible for any conflict that may be encountered as a result of not securing proper permissions.

Other Fees
Add-on items, such as additional days with decorations beyond the original scope of the project, are subject to additional fees.  The buyer is responsible to pay a replacement fee for any damaged or missing items.

Cancellation
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled decorating time will result in forfeiture of 50% of the decorating fee. Cancellations are not accepted inside of 48 hours of the schedule date and the total fee is charged. All cancellations must be made by direct contact with principal of The Company in person, by certified mail, or by telephone.

Site
If The Company is unable to locate the site or address given by The Client at which to decorate, the company will attempt to contact The Client by phone. If a response from the client is not received within a reasonable amount of time, The Client will abandon the job and forfeit 50% of payment.
